One of our favorite bloggers, Elba Valverde from Live Colorful, created this super cute holiday garland. Perfect for decorating your mantle, hanging from the Christmas tree or gifting to your BFF! Read below for instructions and personalize your own!
The holiday season is approaching fast, and that is inspiring tons of creative ideas I would love to make for the special people in my life. That’s why I’m so excited about collaborating with one of the cutest brands out there, Love+Lemon Craft Co., and using their products in my projects.
In case you have never heard of them, Love+Lemon Craft Co. is an online shop that focus on paper crafting. They sell the cutest brads, fun washi tape designs and unique stickers designs, and they also feature some novelty/party items such as enamel pins, iron-on patches and banner kits.
This week I started to personalize the homemade presents that I’m making for family and friends. I used a few different washi tape designs to add a special touch to the jars and make them look unique for each person.
I also created something simple and pretty to hang next to the Christmas tree. I wanted to cover a small empty space in the wall that was driving me a bit crazy, so this easy project was perfect for that.
I thought it would be fun to make an illustration of a christmas tree to decorate that empty space on the wall. I used watercolors to draw it, then I scanned it and put together a printable in case you would like to add it to your holiday projects too.

To assemble the garland, I stuck the illustrations on top of a few gift tags using sparkly washi tape. I added some twine and hung the gift tags using clothespins. Simple and joyful!
I love how versatile, chic and fun are all the Love+Lemon Craft Co. products are. I can’t wait to start making something for New Years. I want to use some alphabet stickers, washi tape, pendant paper pads and stickers! I’m thinking about decorating my new home entrance to receive guests for a New Year’s Eve party, and maybe some awesome New Year’s Eve DIY earrings!
